Designed for families with children, this accommodation combines two separate rooms — a Superior room and a Suite — connected by a shared hall. It offers two separate bedrooms with sofas and work areas, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a seating area, electric fireplace, coffee machine and tea set. One bedroom has a double bed; the other can be arranged with twin beds or a double bed.

The large bathroom has a rainfall shower or bathtub and an expanded toiletries set. A safe, heated floor and climate control are provided. Windows overlook Sadovaya Street or the hotel courtyard.
