A welcoming mansard floor room for one or two guests, divided into sleeping and living areas. It features a double bed, sofa and armchairs, a coffee table and a desk with a capsule coffee machine and tea set. Some rooms use a designer feature to distinguish the two areas.

The bathroom has a rainfall shower and an infrared sauna. Skylights open views over the rooftops of historic center of St Petersburg.
