I often cast my mind back to the moment of career choice and understand that the hospitality sphere was the right thing for me. I’m glad my diploma hasn't gone to waste how that usually goes. I started to get practical skills in hotels, to advance in my career and to improve my qualifications. I was lucky to work in different departments getting a professional development over the past 8 years. One of my main aims as the Reservation Supervisor is to arrange working process in a manner that will permit us to meet our guests’ expectations. The goal of my team is to take into account the wishes of our guests and to anticipate their requests. <br> We are not here to sell rooms; we are here to sell positive emotions!
Hotel is not just a workplace for me; it is a second home where every day we welcome our Guests, make cozy, comfort atmosphere and create “home away from home” for them. I have a great pleasure to be here with my team who sincerely strives to be of assistance and takes real pleasure being allowed to help. Day after day we learn to feel our guests, to be on the same page with them from the very first meeting, to read their emotional cues and to find words that this particular Guest is supposed to hear right here and right now. Being Front Office staff member means to be a source of restraint in times of stress and to be able to pay attention to every single detail. Multitasking and high work speed shouldn’t affect to sense of joy in our work. As you will agree with me, not everyone can do what we do. I like traveling! That's one of reasons why I’ve graduated in Hospitality and Tourism. Every trip is an experience, unforgettable memories and move towards new plans and ideas! Moreover, personal qualities and professional skills are equally important when it comes to the hospitality industry. Therefore, foreign language proficiency, finance-related tasks, sales skills and basis of accounting should be developed along with the abilities such as teamwork, leadership, attention to details, truly love of people and deep caring for them. That is why working as Front Desk Supervisor I am able to provide our guests with high-level of service, comforts of home and at the same time to grow and develop together with my colleagues.

Since I was a kid, I started traveling and exploring our big world, culture and languages. Until now, I get true pleasure not just from studying foreign languages, cultures and new places, but namely from putting my knowledge into practice. Working as a Guest Relation Manager, I can explore for our guests not just classic-touristic places in the city, but also those that are not found in the usual guidebook. I want the guests to feel our sincere hospitality and to get many pleasant impressions from the trip. And the guests wish to return back to our country, city and especially to the Majestic Boutique Hotel 4 * Deluxe is the best demonstration that our team is doing everything right!
My team and I trying to organize the work so that our guests are guaranteed to get comfort, the highest service, clean and a fully equipped rooms for which they would like to return repeatedly. I try to find an approach to each employee in order to organize household processes in the hotel efficiently and quickly, so that our guests feel themselves like at home - in comfort and cleanliness.
As a housekeeping supervisor on a daily basis, I always try to conform all canons of hospitality, be responsive, attentive and friendly to every guest of our hotel. The result that my colleagues and I seek to do that is to satisfy our Guests and desire to visit us again and again! We will take care of coziness, cleanliness and comfort as employees of the household service.
