1. General states
1.1. These Rules are based in accordance with the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" from 07.02.1992, N 2300-1, Russian Federation Government Resolution "On approval of rules of hotel services in the Russian Federation" from 09.10.2015, N 1085 and other federal and regional normative legal acts regulating the activity of hotels.
1.2. These Rules are in open access and can be found:
1.2.1. in the "Rules of accommodation" information section on the interactive TV in the room;
1.2.2 in the information folder in the room;
1.2.3. in the information folder in the hotel lobby;
1.2.4. in the "About hotel" section on the official website of the hotel.
1.3. Reception operating hours: around the clock.
1.4. If someone has debt to hotel for hotel services (accommodation + additional services) for previous stay (-s), not recouped pecuniary damage caused to the hotel for previous stay (-s); in case of the absence of the documents required for presentation at check-in the hotel has the right to refuse those person accommodation.
2.1. Reservation of hotel room (-s) in the hotel can be done by getting a request for a reservation by mail, verbal and electronic communication (e-mail) that allows reliably identify that the request comes from a particular customer, or by telephone:

2.2. In case of a guaranteed reservation the hotel awaits guests until 12:00 of the day following the day of scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation less than a day (24 hours) before the date of arrival, late check-in or no-show the guest or the customer will be charged for the factual time of non-use (demurrage) the hotel room (-s), but no more than a day (24 hours). In case of late check-in more than a day (24 hours) the guaranteed reservation is canceled.
2.3. In case of non-guaranteed reservation the hotel awaits guests until 18:00 of the day of arrival whereupon the reservation is canceled.
2.4. In case of late check-in the guest (-s) has/have to pay for the factual time of non-use (demurrage) the hotel room (-s), but no more than one hotel night (24 hours).
2.5. In case of non-use (in case of no-show) the reserved hotel room (-s) the payment for one (first) night made by the guest (-s) or the customer (-s) is non-refundable.
3.1. The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation for a period agreed upon with the management of the hotel. At the end of the agreed period the customer is obliged to leave the room.
3.2. In case of request to extend the period of stay the customer must inform the hotel reception staff no later than 2 hours before check-out time - 12:00 of local time. The reception staff extend the period of accommodation in case of possibility and room (-s) availability.
3.3. The room (accommodation) is allowed to the citizens of the Russian Federation upon presentation of a valid identity document (the Internal Russian passport) in accordance with the Russian Law (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 17.07.1995, N 713). The check-in of citizens of the Russian Federation with the Transborder passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is possible only if the customer has the permanent residence outside the Russian Federation and can provide the documents confirming the fact of permanent residence in another State's territory.
3.4. The room (accommodation) is allowed to the foreign citizens and stateless persons (aliens) upon presentation of a valid travel document identified the personality, a migration card and a visa (if the customer is a national of a state with which the Russian Federation has visa regime).
3.5. The room (accommodation) is allowed to the foreign citizens who arrive in St. Petersburg by the ferry in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Resolution "On the order of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation of the foreign citizens and stateless persons (aliens) arriving in the Russian Federation for tourism by ferry with approval for passenger transportation" from 07.05.2009 N 397; upon presentation of a valid travel document identified the personality, a migration card and a group tourist program, defining the place of stay - the hotel "Majestic Boutique Hotel Deluxe".
3.6. The room (accommodation) is allowed to the guest (-s) in the age of Majority without parents / legitimate representative upon presentation of the notarized authorization letter from parents / legitimate representative confirming the authority of the accompanying person. The room (accommodation) is allowed to the unaccompanied Minors over fourteen only upon presentation of the notary certified agreement from parents / legitimate representative (one of them).For minors under the age of 14 a birth certificate is required; for minors above the age of 14 the internal passport of the Russian Federation is required
4.1. The hotel establishes:
4.1.1. Daily tariff and payment for accommodation;
4.2. The reservation service is free of charge.
4.3. In case of pre-guaranteed reservation the payment for one (first) night is to be charged at a rate of 100% of the factual tariff.
4.4. In case of late check-in (late arrival) the guest is to pay for the factual time of non-use (demurrage) the hotel room (-s) but no more than one hotel night (24 hours). In case of late check-in (late arrival) more than 24 hours the reservation is canceled.
4.5. In case of reducing the period of reservation made at refundable rate the guest is to inform the reception or reservation clerk about any changes 24 hours prior to the actual check-out. Otherwise the guest is to pay for the factual time of non-use (demurrage) the hotel room (-s) but no more than one hotel night (24 hours).
4.6. Payment for accommodation and services of the hotel is carried out by open (contractual) rates and prices approved by JSC «Metropol» and the management of the hotel "Majestic Boutique Hotel Deluxe"; and is charged according to the time of check-in – 14:00 of local time on the current day. Check out must be done until 12:00 of local time the following day.
4.7. Extension of the period of accommodation more than it is considered and paid due to the reservation is to be paid in accordance to the following amounts:
4.7.1. In case of direct extension of stay (via hotel) the hourly pay is possible but only till 15:00. Hourly rate is calculated according to the BAR RO rate divided by 24 hours and multiplied by the number of extended hours. The service of hourly paid check-out can be confirmed only on the departure date in case of possibility or room’s availability. When extending of the reservation more than 3 hours but till 23:00 of the departure date the price of check-out is calculated according to BAR RO rate as a 0,5 of the room rate referring to the departure date and acting at the time of booking the service.
4.7.2. For those customers whose booking was made via company/agent late check-out will be calculated in the following way: after 12:00 of local time till 23:00 - 0,5 of the room rate referring to the departure date and acting at the time of booking the late check-out.
4.7.3. Late check-out is only possible in the room where the guest lives on the moment of his stay. In case of extending in another room (no matter what category), the guest should pay for whole day (24 h) of accommodation.
4.8. The check-in in the reserved room before the standard check-in time – 14:00 of local time (in the period from 00:00 to 14:00) - on the day of arrival is to be paid in amount of 0,5 of a day rate of the room. The services of early check-in and late check-out are granted in addition to the basic reservation which is no less than one hotel night (24 hours).
4.9. All cash payments are produced only in Russian rubles. The hotel accepts both cash and major types of credit and debit bank cards of international payment systems: Visa International Service Association, MasterCard Worldwide, China UnionPay, Diners Club International, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau, Discover Financial Services, MIR, PRO100.
4.9. For the accommodation of children up to 2 years with a family accommodation without an extra-bed or with a baby-cot no additional charge is required. For the accommodation of children after 2 years with an extra-bed is to be paid additionally; in case of the accommodation without an extra-bed the payment for meal service (breakfast) is required.
4.10. For the accommodation of children up to 2 years with a family accommodation without an extra-bed or with a baby-cot no additional charge is required. 4.11. A visitor can stay in the Guest’s room until 23:00 of the current day without being registered. Otherwise the visitor is to provide a valid identity documents required for the hotel registration (for details, see 3.3 & 3.5) and to pay for double accommodation. In this particular case the accommodation is possible on the available beds in the room. If an extra bed is required this service is to be paid additionally.
4.12. Guaranteed release time of hotel rooms for accommodation is 14:00 of local time.
4.13. The room key is issued upon presentation of a guest card or an identity document.
5. Hotel policies
5.1. Money, securities, jewelry should be left in the safe in the room. Subject to these rules, the administration ensures the safety of guests’ personal belongings.
5.2. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (light off, heating off, water off). At the same time, the hotel administration is obliged to take measures to provide electricity and water to the guests (guests) of the hotel to the extent possible. Furthermore the hotel administration is obliged to take all available measures to provide electricity and water to the guests of the hotel to the extent possible.
5.3. During the stay the room cleaning service is daily from the second day after the check-in date and should be done until 17:00. Change of towels – daily from the second day of stay, linen change - every two day taking into account the first day of staying. As the room cleaning service and change of towels more than once a day, so the bed linen change more than once per two days are to be paid additionally according to the price list.
5.4. During the stay the hotel staff if required / upon request refill the mini-bar in the room daily in accordance with the mini-bar menu.
5.5. Bottled water / supplying with tea / coffee set (kettle, tableware, tea, sugar, coffee) are available in all rooms of "Standard" category.
Bottled water / supplying with tea / coffee set (kettle, tableware, tea, sugar, coffee machine, coffee capsules, cream) are available in all rooms of the category "Superior", "Deluxe", "Suite", "Suite Exclusive". One filling per day is occurred.
5.6. Hotel management reserves the right to visit the rooms without the consent of the guest in case of technical problems in the room, smoke, fire, flood and in case of violation of the Rules of hotel accommodation, the rules of use of household appliances and in case of rioting.
5.7. In case of forgotten stuff the management takes steps to return it to the owners. If the owner cannot be found or does not require for left things - things at the end of 6 months from the date of departure from the hotel disposed by the hotel as confirmed with the disposal certificate.
- Food and personal use items (toothbrushes, combs, underwear) are not subject to long-term storage and are to be disposed.
- The sealed expensive wines, cognac, caviar cans, etc. equal to the forgotten things and should be stored for 6 months (if the expire date is not earlier).
- The open individual cosmetics (shampoos, shower gels, etc.) cannot be stored.
5.8. The hotel staff and guests must respect the rules of quietness and be mutually polite.
5.9. In case of violation of these Rules by the guest (-s) the hotel administration is obliged to take all appropriate measures to restore the peace and quiet of the hotel guests. If the visitor (-s) repeatedly violates the internal rules of hotel accommodation or does (do) not respond to the demands of the hotel administration and law enforcement officers leading to material losses or to any inconveniences for the hotel guests, the hotel administration has the right to refuse to check in or to evict the guest from the hotel.
5.10. Guestbook is available at the reception desk and must be presented upon the first request immediately. Applications and complaints are accepted by hotels in the written form and considered in accordance to the Law.
5.11. Duties of guests:
5.11.1. Observe the Rules and Policies.
5.11.2. Follow fire safety rules and rules of using electrical devices.
5.11.3. Follow the checkout time (12:00), take the room key back and inform the reception clerk about checking out.
5.11.4. Pay for all used chargeable services.
5.11.5. In case of delayed departure the guest is to agree the item with the hotel management in advance.
5.11.6. Pay for the damage caused to the hotel.
5.11.7. Do not disturb hotel guests, keep quiet and order.
5.11.8. Do not use electric heaters in the room.
5.11.9. Timely and in full pay for provided services.
5.11.10. Leaving the room to close the taps, windows, turn off the light and appliances.
5.11.11. It is not recommended to invite the strangers, to leave the guests alone in the room, to pass the keys, to leave the room door open.
5.12. The hotel prohibits:
5.12.1. smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the whole territory of the hotel including the hotel rooms in accordance with the Federal Law "On protection of citizens' health from the effect of surrounding tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption" from 23.02.2013 N 15.
The hotel reserves the right to contact the law enforcement to call the guest to accountant for smoking in places where smoking is prohibited and in case of violation of the obligation. If the hotel faces fines or the law enforcement agencies impose administrative sanctions on the hotel as a result of the above-mentioned violation of the established smoking ban by guest (or by an individual (-s)/visitor (-s) invited by guest) on the territory of the hotel it is reserved the right to demand compensation from the guest of funds in the amount of a fine claimed the hotel by competent public authorities.
Smoking in the room would entail the need to redress the damage to the hotel in the form of additional costs/payments for special cleaning of a room (prolonged ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing of curtains, tulle, textiles) in the amount of 5,000 rubles.
5.12.2. to keep bulky things, inflammable materials, weapons;
5.12.3. to use the electroboilers and electric heaters;
5.12.4. to keep animals, birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.
6. Services provided by the hotel during the period of stay
6.1. For the period of accommodation, the hotel provides the following services for free:
6.1.1. Call the ambulance and other emergency services.
6.1.2. Using the first aid kit.
6.1.3. Providing iron and ironing board.
6.1.4. Wake-up call.
6.1.5. Providing boiled water, needles and thread, one set of dishes and cutlery.
6.1.6. Delivery to the room the correspondence addressed to the guest upon receiving.
6.1.7. Taxi order, car order.
6.1.8. Booking of train, air tickets.
6.1.9. Booking of tickets to the theater, restaurant table booking.
6.1.10. Wireless Internet Services.
6.1.11. Registration of Russian citizens and migration registration of foreign citizens.
6.1.12. Free potable water (1 bottle per person per day of accommodation, as well as unlimited free use of a water dispenser with hot / cold drinking water on each hotel’s level).
6.1.13. Slippers with hotel logo.
6.1.14. Free rent of bathrobes.
6.1.15. Free provision of cosmetic accessories (tooth set, shaving set, cosmetic set, comb).
6.1.16. 24 hour gym access (for guests staying in the hotel).
6.1.17. Tea set (electric kettle, tea pairs, tea bags, sugar) in the following room categories (SGL, DBL, TWN SPRDB, SPRTW, DLX, DLX Spa, LX, LX Spa), instant coffee and sugar - in the following room categories (SGL, DBL, TWN).
6.1.18. Coffee machine with coffee capsules in following room categories: Superior, Deluxe, Deluxe Spa, Suite, Suite Spa) (SPRDB, SPRTW, DLX, DLX Spa, LX, LX Spa).
6.1.19. Business-center: PC rent, scanning, copying (up to 5 pages), printing A4 (up to 5 pages) – for guest staying in the hotel.
6.1.20. Luggage service (for individual travelers).
6.2. For the period of accommodation, the hotel provides the following services for additional payment:
6.1.1. National long-distance and international calls.
6.1.2. Additional buffet breakfast and additional dinner according to set-menu.
6.1.3. Additional in-room breakfast ("Light" and "Majestic") + delivery charges.
6.1.4. Romantic and wedding packages.
6.1.5. Additional room cleaning.
6.1.6. Extra set of bed linen / towels.
6.1.7. Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing.
6.1.8. Transfers, taxi, car rent, excursions.
6.1.9. Rent of conference hall.
6.1.10. Business rent: PC rent, scanning, copying, and printing – for guests not staying in the hotel. Copying and scanning (over 5 pages) - for guests staying in the hotel.
